The Dealer Academy educates through a structured five-level progression designed to develop casino dealers systematically. As you advance, you are exposed to increasingly complex aspects of dealing and mindset principals. The class covers Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, Pai Gow, Free bet, Three card poker, and various common side bets! You will graduate with a complete understanding of both the dealer role and your function within a casino team!
Introduction | Fundamentals | Slow | Exact.
This is the break in level. We will get your hands and mind familiar with chips and money and you will start building correct physical habits, mental discipline, and procedural understanding from ground zero. We want everyone to have a strong base to build upon. The begining of your career starts here!
Completed Fundamentals | Efficient | Ramp up to dealing BJ.
You are now executing all fundamentals more efficiently. You will begin dealing your first hands of Blackjack. This is where it gets fun!
Side Bets | Control your Game | Chain of Command.
You will deal a full blackjack game with confidence, clarity, and procedural dominance. You will be guided and shown the casino chain of command and will build on your mindset fundamentals. This is the level we dive into side bets!
Carnival Games+ | Disruptions | Excellence.
At this level you will be tested under stress, distraction, and scrutiny. We will continue to improve efficiency and become competent at dealing carnival games (UTH, PGP, FB, TCP), and round out your knowledge of side bets.
Complete Dealer | Audition-Ready | Roulette & Baccarat.
The final level! Time to obtain full professional readiness for casino hiring. you will learn Roulette and Baccarat. When you make it through the rigors of level 5, you are a dealer fully and completly and should be confident in any audition!
